When does an invite count towards my 5 for the VIP bracelet?

Once you send an invite to a friend, they must complete a purchase using the link sent. Their purchase will officially “check off” one of your 5 invites and get you one step closer to that sweet, sweet VIP bracelet.

How do my friends receive their referral link?

Once sent, friends will receive a link to shop the Fahlo site via text, email, carrier pigeon, or however you prefer to send.

Will my friend’s purchase count if it is made at a retail location?

As of right now, recipients must purchase online via your sent link. In the meantime, we are working on making retail purchases eligible for the VIP bracelet redemption!

Do I get anything if I invite more than 5 people?

We’re tracking ALL your invites so we can do exactly that! For now, there is only a reward for 5 invites, but stay tuned for more swag.

What if my VIP animal is one I’m already tracking?

Don’t sweat it! Enjoy the fact that your animal made it to VIP status and hang tight sloth-style until they rotate to a new one once the month is up.
