Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Upon the expiration of 30 days items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within thirty (30) days.

GIFT CARDS AND FAHLO MADE-TO-ORDER MERCHANDISE (LIKE CLOTHING) ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for sale items.

Fahlo is not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping information. You are obligated as the purchaser to inform Fahlo of correct the address, or corrections to the shipping address prior the item being shipped. We do not offer refunds, allow for returns, or re-ship items due to incorrect shipping information.


Refund Processing
If you haven’t received a refund contact your financial institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If 30 days have passed and if your financial institution has not process your refund, please contact us at support@myfahlo.com


Exchanges 
If your items arrives to you defective or damaged please contact us immediately upon receipt. Please forward an image of your item and further instructions will be provided to exchange the item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@myfahlo.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver upon receipt of the returned items subject to the above provisions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


When shipping any item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and the items must be received by us to be considered for a refund.
